N0t Listed Performs 20th Anniversary Jersey City Pride Festival
N0t Listed will serve the nerves at the 20th Anniversary Jersey City Pride Festival, taking place Saturday, August 21st, from 1pm to 6pm. The band will perform tracks from their debut EP, “BopShop."
The Festival with take place along Grove Street PATH Plaza and Newark Ave. between Grove St. & Erie St. It is a smaller footprint than previous years, but attendees can expect the usual over the top fun time with lots of entertainment, dancing and many Instagramable moments to share with family and friends.
In their music, N0t Listed explores the extremes of all aspects of love from lust, intimacy, commitment and heartbreak. Leo, Kayvon and Josh make up the band. They are three southern guys who each falls under a different classification of the LGBTQIA umbrella; Josh identifies as gay, Leo as bisexual and Kayvon identifies as non-binary and pansexual.
"Close My Eyes," the second single release, is the moodiest and darkest on BopShop. Written by the band, the electro-dance song is about trying to escape out of a bad situation. Its accompanying music video, directed and conceptualized by Mike Ruiz, is trippy and features the guys dressed in eye-catching lewks.
