Hi! My name is Amber Metz and I am a student of Health and Wellness Coaching at Georgetown University. As a part of the program’s requirements, I am excited to offer FREE health and wellness coaching to you, for a limited time offer!

If you've been considering working with a health and wellness coach to assist you in achieving your health and wellness goals, then I may be just what you are looking for. I'm on my own health and fertility journey, so I can deeply empathize with the pain and frustration you feel while working toward these goals. It's so important to have someone on your team who "gets" what you are going through. You are so capable, strong, and determined to meet your goals, but life is tossing you curveballs. If you want a partner to assist you in navigating these challenges, I would be honored to be that person.
What is Coaching?
A Health and Wellness Coach brings self-awareness into the lives of others so they can achieve goals of mind, body, and spirit. It’s a client-centered partnership that bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be in your health journey.
The client is the bridge’s architect, while the coach is a hired contractor – a support person crafting the bridge in line with the architect’s vision. Whether it’s reversing a chronic health condition or promoting wellness, a Health and Wellness Coach partners with the client to achieve self-desired health behavior change.
Patients choose what they want to change and coaches awaken self-discovery in clients to uncover how to realize these goals. Our work together will empower you to initiate and sustain meaningful health-related behaviors to achieve your wellness goals.
Why Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness Coaching has proven to be effective in improving quality of life, mood and stress, health-related biomarkers, and self-efficacy, the belief you can continue making positive lifestyle habits, long after the coaching relationship has concluded.
Where?
These sessions will be held virtually, through phone or video conferencing.
When?
Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or every three weeks for 30-60 minutes in length. Together, we will decide on the day, time, and frequency that serves you best. Ideally, I can provide approximately 6-10 hours of coaching over the next several months.
