Free cookbook chef demo with tasting at Marcus Live!
New York Times bestselling author + James Beard Award-winning chef celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito will be on the Dream Stage (Court A, Level 1) outside Marcus Live! whipping up recipes from his latest cookbook, “Everyday Delicious,” alongside Chef Marcus Samuelsson. Samples will be served, followed by a book signing. Then, fans can head over to Marcus Live! for dinner, where his dish will be on the menu! Demo is free and open to the public (no RSVP needed!);
