Loopwell Sound Bath & Reiki with Vinni
In this healing sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level honoring the full moon in the sign of Pisces. Singing bowls for each chakra, gong, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
Open up to the 7 colors of your chakras in a guided healing meditation session with a sound healing journey. We will be focusing on letting go through each of the chakras and this particular reflective full moon provides an opportunity to break free from any addictive or distracting patterns developed over the past six months It's a time to embrace uncomfortable transitions, express complex emotions, and create space for new beginnings.
It is recommended to bring a blanket, pillow, and bolster (if required) for this session.
