Real Estate: Navigating rental leases, exploring the hybrid work model, utilizing space in optimal ways, and mitigating cost escalations passed on from landlords
Capital Funding: Securing funding for renovations, equipment, new construction, property purchases, and the development of office space to create more effective programming and services
