Do Protests Hurt or Help - Salon to Save America
An After Hours event in a beautiful Tribeca space discussing the issues of our time with the open-minded and highly intelligent. Food and drink provided by Eat Offbeat, an eclectic catering company providing award-winning food from top chefs around the world.

The Question for the Night: Do protests help or hurt political and social movements in the long run?
​6 - 7 PM: Mix and mingle with other attendees
​7 - 7:40 PM: A debate between 3 Unmuted members (with heavy Q&A) on if protests are effective (yes, sometimes, never)
​7:40 - 8:00 PM: Break-out sessions, pre-selected groups wrestle tough hypotheticals and see if they can come to consensus
​8:00 - 8:45 PM: Reflection on the night - open mic for whole audience. On the debate, your personal opinions, and your breakout groups (where was their consensus? where was their disagreement?)
​8:45 - 9:00 PM Wrap-up, last call, followed by an after-party at Macau
