Join United by Blue, Lower East Side Ecology Center and honeygrow for an adventurous cleanup of the East River and coves of East River Park These rocky landforms collect the trash from the East River and leave an unsightly scene for park visitors, and serve as a danger for the marine wildlife and shore birds.
Volunteers will need to climb into the rocky coves at East River Park to access the trash. Please wear sturdy shoes and comfortable, flexible clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty or wet! honeygrow will provide delicious snacks for all volunteers before the cleanup. ?
