March 20- Women's Club of Caldwell Honors a Remarkable Woman Who Helped Shape Modern America
To celebrate Women's History month, the Women's Club of Caldwell (WCC) will host a presentation on Frances Perkins, the first woman Cabinet Secretary in the US. Carol Simon Levin will bring to life the woman who was a driving force behind the New Deal and established important workplace protections, such as social security, the minimum wage and the end of child labor.
