On Thursday, March 23, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service’s (SFCS) Aging in Place will offer a program, “Facts & Snacks: Be Strong, Live Better Longer” at the Girl Scout House, 37 Wayside Lane, Scarsdale.
Gina Ianniello Reda, MS will discuss the normative values for strength, balance and walking speed and how you can maintain and improve them to keep living better longer.
