Each spring, the restaurant marks the arrival of cherry blossom season with a culinary tribute to sakura.
The seasonal offering features a blend of floral notes and vibrant ingredients. Highlights include the Crystal Sakura Roll, featuring blue prawn and morello cherry jelly, and a succulent Robata Duck Breast served with sour cherry teriyaki and sakura crisps. To round out the meal, guests can enjoy a Cherry Sorbet Panna Cotta with matcha crumble or sip on the Hanami cocktail, a refreshing blend of Roku Gin, shochu, and hibiscus honey.
These exclusive specials are available daily for dinner from March 15th to April 15th. Join the restaurant between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM to experience this sensory celebration of spring.
