‘Wing Woman Consulting’ is workplace support. We are professional support when you are in demand, but also when you are feeling stuck. Our consulting services can help you fly…during your presentation, pitch, performance, and your professional career.
Wing Woman Consulting is a cost-effective service to support leaders, teams, and solo professionals access a diversely trained consultant to provide you with an "assist". Whether you are in need of a helping hand during planned or unplanned upticks or downfalls, and short-handed or short-term projects, we can be there to support you per diem, per season, per account, per case or project.
For more clarity, Wing Woman Consulting can look different on different days. On Monday’s we may be called in to act similar to a team "temp" to fill in for those who are not there, or the strategy coach for corporate leaders and/or whole departments that are in need. Our work on temporary tasks provides us with the insights needed to inform the "executives" in the room of (1) a few of the less obvious problems that should not be swept under the rug, and (2) the time sensitive opportunities that should never go unnoticed.
There is no commitment. Our consulting services is there for when you need it.
We are called in when someone needs a right hand (or left-handed) wo-man to:
- Play ‘devil’s advocate’ to push managements’ thinking
