What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help those that have worked so hard to amass savings to be able to efficiently enjoy the fruits of their sweat and labor while ultimately protecting their family.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that a client or potential client has decreased their exposure and the exposure of their family. So many people are walking around these days with products they are overpaying for that are not giving them the critical protection for their family that they believe they have.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
A recent widow once called to tell me because of our work and diligence that in spite of her family losing their husband and father they would be able to stay in their home, not be uprooted and change schools and have many constants in their lives remain intact in this trying time.
