What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years, I had a company over to do my carpet one day, to say the least it was a bad experience. Right there and then I had an aha moment. I knew I could do a better job, so I started Excel and my customers are loving its excellent service.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job is the finish product, from dingy to like new, and to see the look on my customers’ faces. To hear them say I never thought my carpet could look this good again, it brings me joy that I’m able to provide a positive moment for my customer.
