Contact lens package valid for select Acuvue brands of clear spherical disposable contact lenses only. Astigmatic patients receive up to one month of contact lenses. The first pair purchase must include frames and lenses. Second pair of glasses valid with lens purchase. Certain high-end designers excluded by contract. For the second pair of eyeglasses: select frames with clear plastic, single-vision lenses, +/-4 sph., 2 cyl. Must present voucher prior to purchase. Not valid with any vision plans or packages.
