Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
_While training with Sean’s Total Fitness, you will have lots of fun and experience a level of energy that you may have never thought you possessed. By doing a variety of different challenging, innovative, and fun routines, you’ll learn how to enjoy gaining positive results all the time.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a kid, I was surrounded by obesity and poor health choices. Whether it was from friends or family, nothing unhealthy was too taboo. Eventually I became very passionate about exercising and healthy eating by reading and researching during library time in school. And now, it has come full circle.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is changing people’s lives and empowering them with confidence and self-esteem. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping someone achieve a lifelong goal that they thought couldn’t be achievable. It’s the greatest feeling that I’ve ever known.
