What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Becoming a sommelier is every wine lover’s dream job. Daniele hosts this series of classes with an authentic atmosphere and ambiance you are likely to expect on a local Italian vineyard or Michelin Star restaurant.
What can a student expect in one of your classes?
Each class is broken down to 60 or 90 minutes. Each week students will cover different topics such as understanding the fermentation processes, the differences in red wine, white wine, and Champagne, pairing, and wine tastings. Light bites will be provided each evening.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love to interact with fellow wine lovers. My favorite topic of conversation is breaking down the key notes and aromas of wines, specifically Champagne. What better job to have than to share this passion and knowledge with others?
What do you love most about your job?
Wine has a story. Every day I get to wake up and work with New and Old World stories and share this experience with people who are living part of that story.
