Turn it Up Music Benefit Concert
When: Turn It Up, Upturn Arts’ 3rd Annual Music Event will be held on March 23rd, 2024 at The Broadside from 2:00 pm-9:00 pm.
What: The evening will feature the musical stylings of our headliners DJ Logic and Friends featuring Donald Harrison Jr., George Porter Jr., and Terrence Houston. Additionally, the afternoon will include performances by SOUL Brass Band, Kristin Diable, The School of Rock, Chloe Marié Band, and very own house band of Upturn instructors-Upturn Funk.
This family-friendly event will consist of an art market, food, and fun. Atchafalaya Restaurant will provide food for all VIP attendees.
Why: Our goal is to raise $50,000 to provide arts enrichment programming opportunities to accommodate the 50 KIDS we had on the waitlist weekly in Summer 2023.
