Make your own pizza in our baking & pastry kitchen, learning new skills with our chef-instructors Rebecca Klaskala, Kent LeVan and Zak Miller. We will be leading campus tours throughout the event, where you can see NOCHI's teaching kitchens, classrooms, and event spaces. Questions about your application? Not sure where to start?
