Fat has a bad reputation, but not all fats are bad. In fact, some are healthier than others and are important to include in your diet. Join us to find out which fats you want to avoid and which you want to keep. Following the informational session, watch a chef prepare a recipe with healthy fats to show you how to implement what you learned into your diet.
