It's time to hold space, unplug, unwind, grace yourself with what you need. Your teacher, Brianna, will begin with a silent meditation, followed by a calming tea ceremony.
Afterward, you'll have time for journaling and an open share.
Please bring your journal or paper. Floor pillows will be provided, but bring a Yoga Mat, Blanket, whatever helps to make you comfortable and sooth you.
Tea will be provided in sign up cost.
