Meditations for Healing Anxiety, Saturday, February 25th, 10am – 12:30pm, at Odiyana Center, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury. Almost everyone experiences some degree of fear and anxiety. By discovering their underlying causes and learning new ways of thinking, we can reduce and overcome these bad habits of mind. This workshop will include guided meditation as well as practical applications from Buddha’s teachings to apply in daily life. With simple meditation techniques, we can learn to become more and more familiar with positive, solution-orientated thoughts that lead to calm, clarity and peace of mind. Everyone is welcome!
