Advice for Anxious Times: A Meditation Course, Sat. April 23, 10am - 1pm, live-streaming and in-person at Odiyana Meditation Center, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury. Stress, anxiety and depression are endemic in our society. We think that situations or people are the cause of our unhappiness when in reality unhappiness, stress and anxiety comes from our mind. By learning to identify the actual causes of stress and unhappy thoughts, we can begin to understand how to become free from them. In this workshop with Resident Teacher Gen Khedrub, learn positive ways of thinking and engage in meditations that heal the mind.
