5th Free Brass City Jazz Fest
Main Street Waterbury, ACT Jams Productions and City of Waterbury is presenting the 5th edition of the Brass City Jazz Fest on Saturday, August 3 in Library Park in downtown Waterbury.
The Brass City Jazz Fest is a premier event featuring national recording and Billboard-charting artists, offering attendees the chance to experience exquisite jazz performances. This year's lineup includes:
· Vincent Ingala: Saxophonist, Billboard #1 and 2023 Smooth Jazz Artist of the Year, and a native of the Waterbury area.
· Barry Eastmond: Legendary Producer, Songwriter, and #1 Hitmaker, performing with friends.
· Ragan Whiteside: Jazz flutist, Billboard #1 and Best Contemporary Jazz Artist Award Winner, and 2023 NAACP Image Award Nominee.
· JJ Sansaverino: Prolific guitarist with multiple Billboard #1 hits and a dynamic stage presence.
The Brass City Jazz Fest is hosted and produced by Waterbury’s own Event Chairman Al Taylor of ACT Jams Productions, who is also a radio programmer for SmoothJazzCD1019.com New York and the curator of "The Groove Show," a weekly contemporary jazz syndicated radio show.
