No-Cost Lifestyle Care Classes
The lifestyle care program will show you how to improve your weight, eating habits, and fitness level to bring your risk of Diabetes, Cancer, and Heart Disease down. Whether you have these risks in your family or not, you can do things to improve your health! Our program is grant-funded and free to everyone over 60 years of age.
