Vivek and Dustin bring unique influences, flavors and perspectives from their rich culinary heritages of South Asian American and Guyanese, respectively, to this one-night experience. The menu will feature dishes ranging from “Chicken Foot” to Pepperpot NY Strip, finishing with a trio of sweets: Pine Tart made from pineapple jam, Parsad — a sweet pudding-like dessert — and Mithai, an Indian sweet with its own unique Guyanese twist.
