BRASS- Bike Ride Across Scenic Sumner
The Knights of Columbus will host their 36th annual BRASS bike ride across
Sumner County. Five rides, the 6k, 12.5K, 25K, 50K and 100K, will be offered and are intended
for all levels of riders ranging from beginner to avid cyclist. The event will take place on July
19th, 2025.
All rides will start and finish at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Hendersonville. The 6k and 12.5k
ride that will loop through Volunteer Park and the Arrowhead neighborhood. The 25k route will
tour riders through the neighborhoods of Jones and Jenkins Lane and will loop back to the
church after touring the Station Camp Greenway. The 50k and 100k will loop through
Cottontown, with the 100k taking a longer loop to Portland and proceeding back to the church.
Pre-registration for the event can be found at www.active.com or day of registration will be
available from 6:15am-6:45am. Until July 12th, entry prices are $40 a person, $90 for a family of
3, $105 for a family of 4 and $110 for a family of five. Entry fee will increase to $50 per person
and $105 for a family of 3 and $115 for families with 4 or more immediately following. All pre-
registered riders are guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirts on race day will be as supply lasts for non-
preregistered. The 100k and 50k will begin at 7:00am and the 25k, 12.5k and 6k will begin at
7:05am.

Homebound Meals, Special Olympics and the Cumberland “Crisis” Pregnancy Center.
