Sip & Stitch at Park Cafe
Park Cafe is hosting Sip & Stitch, a day for drinks, stitching and memory-making where guests can hand embroider a cozy baby or toddler sweater into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Whether brand-new to embroidery or simply craving a creative escape, this event is the perfect way to unplug, learn something new and leave with something meaningful for a little one. Ticket includes brunch bites, topless mimosas or Bloody Mary's, a white sweater (sizes NB-5T), one custom water-soluble name sticker ready to stick & stitch, and an embroidery supply kit including yarn, threader, needle, needle minder, mini measuring tape, scissors and colorful storage box. Live step-by-step stitch instruction will be demonstrated by Kathleen Lyons (aka @artsylyons). Deadline to purchase tickets is Oct. 18.
