Wine School 101 at Miel Restaurant
For decades, owner and proprietor Seema Prasad has taught servers, wine shop salespeople and small private classes about wine. Join us as she opens this class to others who want to learn wine from the ground up. 3 classes will be offered to discuss topics ranging from grapes, regions, flavor profiles, adjectives to describe wines, comparing & contrasting and food pairing. Jump into whichever class interests you the most. 101 will focus on grapes, regions, maps, and tastings paired with snacks.
