Mushroom Class & Dinner at Miel Restaurant
Miel Chef, Jason LaIacona, will teach a fun and informal class about how to select mushrooms, how to prepare them and he will show you how they can play such a key role in your kitchen. Learn to make mushroom canapes, house-made pasta with mushroom ragu, mushroom “crab cake”, mushroom consommé. Featuring mushrooms from local cultivator, Henosis. Dinner includes wine, beer and or mocktails.
