A Message from Chef Dustin Gonsalves: "My goal with this pop-up is to introduce the rich and diverse culinary landscape of Guyanese food to Nashville. Growing up in Brooklyn's culturally rich Flatbush neighborhood, I've always felt a strong connection to my roots. Moving to Nashville has inspired me to share dishes from my childhood, such as Indo-Guyanese Curry Chicken, Afro-Guyanese Metemgee, and our national dish, Pepperpot. I look forward to bringing the flavors of Guyana to a city eager to explore new cuisines!"
