Framework Fitness classes incorporate a workout class in addition to our typical hot and cold exposure workouts. This yoga class is led by Stephanie Overman, RYT. Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath, building heat and mind/body awareness. Meditation and breath work will be incorporated throughout the class as well as time for sauna and cold plunge. All levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and desired props and be sure to wear or bring your swimsuit. Towels and sandals for the hot and cold as well as hydration will be provided.
