Join Lloyd for an informative and powerful practice. Primal movement is about getting back to nature's design and becoming pain-free and injury resistant. You will learn: New exercises and ways to feel into your body. New ways to strengthen and align feet. How to properly engage hamstrings, glutes, and spinal erectors to maintain a decompressed and more athletic structure. How to rest in sitting and standing so your body stays decompressed throughout the day. Wear and/or bring yoga/or comfy clothes (no shoes needed!).
