The show’s main event will see “The Code” Colby Carter take on “The Moral Compass” Jaden Newman. Carter was victorious against former WWE Superstar Donovan Dijak at PWS’ June 1st event, only to be rushed to the hospital three days later to undergo an emergency appendectomy. He explained the situation to the fans in a promo at the Rise Up! event on July 6th, but was interrupted by Newman. The reigning IWTV Tag Team Champion revealed he and Carter were originally supposed to wrestle at Rise Up!, then accused Carter of lying about his surgery. He punched Carter directly where his appendix used to be, then began repeatedly striking him over the head with a microphone before being escorted out of the building by security – all the while shouting that Carter was a “fraud.” Despite the attack, Carter was later cleared by doctors to return to action and the match was made official.
Hot Fuss will also feature PWS’ first Falls Count Anywhere Match between Freya The Slayer and Big Booty Judy. The two took part in the five-way Symphony Scramble at Rise Up! but took each other out of the match as they brawled their way backstage. The two would reemerge later in the show, still fighting their way throughout the Brooklyn Bowl venue. That was likely just a taste of what to expect at Hot Fuss, as now they'll have the freedom to fight throughout the building without the threat of a count-out.
Other stars confirmed for the show include Mad Dog Connelly, decorated U.K. star Tate Mayfairs, Dillon McQueen, Jeremiah Plunkett, The Good Hand, Brandon Davis and many more! Check out the full card below:
