Henley x Bloomsbury Farm Dinner
Join us for a farm-to-table dinner to bring in the end of summer and welcome what’s soon to be the autumn season! Taste the last of our summer crops and the first fruits of Fall! Enjoy creative plates from Chef Kristin Berginson of Henley, as well as a curated selection of wine pairings!
WHAT:
$150 per person.
DINNER MENU:
First Course
Sweet & beet salad, salsa verde, whipped feta, almonds
Second Course
Squash, pine nut dressing, breadcrumbs, pickled roots (can be made GF upon request)
Third Course
Sweet peppers & potatoes, kale, blistered tomato, smoked garlic, goat cheese
Fourth Course
KLD farm beef, scallion;onion, blackberry bbq
Dessert
Carrot cake, citrus cream, coconut mousse, miso caramel
