Marking the start of spring, Tết is a time for family reunions, honoring ancestors, and welcoming good fortune. Inspired by Vui’s heritage, the teams created the Bánh Mì—lemongrass marinade glazed chicken topped with spring mix, pickled carrots and daikon, homemade pâté, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, and mayo on your choice of bagel—available January 29–31 at Bagelshop.
