Drawing inspiration from Mesut’s heritage, the two teams have created a Kurdish-style lentil soup that is served alongside Haydari toast. Haydari is a rich, creamy spread made with yogurt, walnuts, herbs, and topped with dill and olive oil. This special offering is available exclusively at Bagelshop from Wednesday, March 19 through Friday, March 21.
