Bagelshop & Friends: Spread the Love | Turkey & the Wolf Icehouse
The Bagelshop & Friends: Spread The Love series is continuing this March with Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse. The collaboration debuts a Chimichurri Schmear recipe from Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse co-owner Mason Hereford that features cilantro, parsley, garlic, and lemon for a refreshing schmear that pairs well with any Bagelshop bagel. The schmear will be available daily at Bagelshop from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the full month of March.
The Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse team is also serving a special sandwich featuring the chimichurri schmear: roast beef (cured and roasted, thinly sliced chuck eye) layered with chimichurri cream cheese, Worcestershire jelly, green peppercorns, and fried onions on a griddled sesame roll. The sandwich will be available off and on throughout the month of March at the Icehouse, and customers can keep their eyes peeled on Instagram @turkeyandthewolficehouse for availability.
