Lee Chapel AME annual Women's Day Worship Service
Lee Chapel A.M.E. Church invites the community to their annual Women’s Day Worship Service on Sunday, August 16, at 10 a.m. at 1200 Dr DB Todd Jr Blvd, Nashville, TN.
Rev. Dr. Toni Belin will be the guest preacher. Rev. Belin is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia, a Master of Divinity Degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Payne Theological Seminary.
Dr. Belin’s mission to ensure that more of God’s people reach their full potential and fulfill their divine purposes coincides wonderfully with this year’s Women’s Day theme, “Empowered by the Spirit: Gifted for His glory.” Drawing from Romans 12:6-8, this year’s theme will be imbued throughout the service with song, scripture, and prayer and will inspire an atmosphere of sisterhood, worship, and renewed faith. The theme will also be symbolized through purple, lavender, and gold accents worn by the program participants.
