Lass Your Aff Off! Stand-up Comedy
Last month’s show was off the charts and we’re gearing up for another big night of comedy on February 10th at The Z with a special “Five Funny Females in February”. We’re proud to welcome back some of our favorite female stand-ups featuring our headliner, the hilarious Stephanie Blum!
As a mother of three and former school psychologist, this street smart Brooklyn native rips into her favorite subjects including marriage, parenting, dieting and life in general. You may have seen her comedic performances on HBO’s COMEDY MINUTES or COMICS UNLEASHED with Byron Allen. Stephanie appears in clubs and casinos around the country and as a featured headliner on the prestigious Holland America CruiseLine. She’s at well known venues such as Mohegan Sun Casino, clubs in Los Angeles such as The Comedy Store, Improv, Flappers, and The Ice House.
Joining Stephanie on Saturday February 10th is the very funny Lisa Gilbert! Lisa started her stand-up comedy career in her hometown of San Diego, CA. Marrying late in life and being a mother of 9-year-old triplets makes her both inspirational and an instant crowd favorite with her clean comedy style and family-friendly jokes. She has opened for internationally known comic Michael Jr., performed for the American Troops, and just filmed a Dry Bar Comedy Special. Lisa travels nationally speaking for churches and corporate events.
Also gracing our Lass Your Aff Off! stage in February will be Jennifer Arundale. Jennifer is an actor, comedian, producer and DIY mom. Jennifer performs regularly at The Irvine Improv, The Comedy Store, The Rec Room, Flappers and a variety of Country Clubs and Resorts and was a finalist in the Funniest Housewives competition and a semifinalist in the Jeanne Robertson Humor Contest.
Rounding out the evening of laughter is the hilarious and lovable Carissa Gallo. Carissa is a Southern California native who has the uncanny ability to find every dead-end in the maze of life and her unique observations will have you laughing immediately! Carissa can be seen performing regularly throughout a variety of OC & LA clubs including The Improv and Flapper’s. Her low-key delivery and instant likability has made her an audience favorite wherever she performs.
The evening will be hosted by a Z favorite, Paula Faust. Paula has been performing standup for over 15 years and has performed at many iconic comedy clubs including The Improvs, Ventura Harbor Comedy Club, Flapper’s Comedy Club, The Ice House, and The Comedy Store. Paula has appeared with the Funniest Housewives of Orange County and California Funniest Females and has appeared on numerous radio shows and podcasts over the years.
