Finding the Roots of Purpose
We’ll start with creative movement and by shining a light on the interconnection between soma and psyche, especially through body feelings and dreams. We’ll trace the inborn urge toward self-actualization that travels through both. The resulting process is what Jungian psychology calls “individuation.” We’ll provide examples of individuation that have led to the roots of purpose in various people. And we’ll show you how to recognize inner promptings toward this unfolding in yourself. Discussion, brief exercises, and Q&A will be interspersed throughout the workshop.
