The Rosemount Community Band (RCB) will present their “Cine Magic” themed, Spring “Pops” Concert on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at The Well United Methodist Church, located at 14770 Canada Avenue West in Rosemount. The band suggests a donation of $10 for the concert, plus The Well requests donations of non-perishable food and diapers for the Rosemount Family Resource Center, which is experiencing unprecedented need from many local families.
The “Cine Magic” theme will feature music from a variety of films, such as “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Aladdin”, “Toy Story”, “Chicago”, “Forrest Gump”, “Back to the Future”, and a medley of hits from the James Bond movies, plus many more
The all-volunteer RCB, which started in September 2011, is composed of adult musicians from Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan and other areas of the south metro. Members range in age from the 20s through the 80s, have various skill levels and all share a love of music and performing for the community. The band's director, Thomas Maeck, has over 40 years of experience in directing both community and high school bands.
