Our first event was held in October and aimed at recognizing the perseverance and contributions of Hmong women in Minnesota since arriving to the US nearly 50 years ago. Following the gathering, HWAT hosted several intergenerational listening groups to identify stories and themes that are critical for community growth and on-going resiliency.
