Doors open for the Opening Night Reception at 6 pm with appetizers and good coversation. The program begins at 7 pm with music by Jamela Pettiford, a keynote by Briana Payton, followed by a fireside chat between Ms Payton and Nadine Graves, Deputy Director at the Legal Rights Center, faculty at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and Host/Producer of the podcast The Waiting Room. The whole conference continues the following day, Friday, November 17th with virtual breakout sessions and in-person closing plenary with Governor Walz (invited) and closing reception.
