Twin Cities Film Fest 2025

The festival’s 16th anniversary kicks off October 16 with Hamnet from Focus Features and closes October 25 with the comedy Lost & Found In Cleveland. TCFF will showcase awards contenders including Bugonia, Hedda, Man on the Run, Christy, and Rental Family. Actors RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad), Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men), and Jacob Tremblay (Room) will attend the 10-day festival, split between theaters in St. Louis Park and Edina. The Twin Cities Film Fest (TCFF), presented by Stearns Bank, unveils its 2025 slate of 150+ films screening and streaming Oct. 16–25. Celebrating its “Sweet 16,” the festival returns to Marcus West End Cinemas and expands to Edina Mann 4 Theatre. Over 70 films will stream online via TCFF STREAMS. Nearly half fall under the acclaimed “HER Series,” while 40% highlight BIPOC voices. Minnesota talent will shine, alongside a partnership with Series Fest for a “Pitch-a-Thon” with LA-based execs. This year’s “TCFF Changemaker Series” spotlights Domestic Trauma, including the Oct. 25 premiere of Minnesota-made The Seventh Turn with a post-film discussion. Centerpiece The Floaters screens Oct. 21, while other acclaimed entries include Christy (Sydney Sweeney), Hedda (Tessa Thompson, Nina Hoss), Bugonia (Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons), Rental Family (Brendan Fraser), and more. Closing night celebrates indie cinema with Lost & Found In Cleveland, starring Martin Sheen, June Squibb, Jon Lovitz, Stacy Keach, Liza Weil, and Santino Fontana. Ticket prices range from $10 online to $15 in person. Opening/Centerpiece/Closing/Spotlight film events will all be $25 with a handful of non-matinee films also available to view at no cost. A Streaming Pass is available for $60, Silver Pass for $55, Gold Pass for $80, Platinum Pass for $110 and a Spotlight Pass for $125.
