Hosted by Lyngblomsten Community Services, each Memory Café session includes: • Time to socialize over coffee and treats • A hands-on art project for those with memory loss, led by teaching artist Harper Steinbach • A small-group gathering for care partners, facilitated by Lyngblomsten social worker Lisa Brown Meets from 10–11:30 AM on Wednesdays: August 14 & 28, September 11 & 25, October 9 & 23, November 13 & 27, and December 11.
