Specialty Cheese Raclette Dinner
Join Alpinage Cheese founder and artisan cheesemaker Orphee Paillotin for an elevated sit-down raclette dinner and an inside look at his cheesemaking journey. Guests will enjoy chicken, beef, and sausage paired with Alpinage Raclette in Plain, Minced Onion, and Garlic & Dill varieties.
The menu also includes three seasonal vegetables, two potato selections, relish trays, fresh bread baskets, and a specialty dessert crafted by a pastry chef. Throughout the evening, Orphee will share his path to the Midwest and insights into his cheesemaking process.
