Get your roof professionally inspected by one of our expert roof technicians. We will provide an 18-point inspection report documenting items such as:
- Shingles nailed in proper location?
- Drip edge installed properly?
- Valley installed properly?
- Is the ridge installed properly?
- Chimney properly counter flashed?
- Is satellite or antenna securely fastened?
- All exposed nails sealed?
- Is ridge capped properly?
If any areas of concern are found, we will document them with pictures. If repairs are needed, you can choose to hire us at $110/hr plus materials, paid on completion.
