This powerful midlevel cleaning is best suited for homes that haven’t been cleaned within the last 4-7 years (or those with more-than-average buildup due to pets or small projects around the home). This cleaning includes the standard process of using high-pressure air wands to clean all supply and return vents and branch lines, with the addition of the Viper Clean Sweep System utilized on the main trunk lines. Add $20 for ea. additional 500 sq ft. For homes with multiple air duct systems, there would be a charge per system.
