Chelsea, the wellness coach, makes sure the client feels empowered to make lifestyle changes through her positive energy and unique coaching style.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
InPower Coaching was created once Chelsea arrived in the Twin Cities area and was ready to take her passions and career to the next level. She received a lot of encouragement to start her own LLC from her clients, family, and friends.
What do you love most about your job?
I love how different coaching is each session! Not only for each client, but for each individual session. I have a great time working with people and learn a lot from them. I hope they learn a thing or two from me, too. :)
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Recently, a client who quit smoking, told me that he knew all along he could quit but our sessions really helped him stay accountable for his goals and prove to someone that he could quit. He also said my upbeat personality kept him optimistic about his future.
