What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As a licensed nutritionist, my goal is to show you how to be able to eat food you love and get the health, energy, and body you always wanted. You can ditch those depriving diets that just lead you wanting more of what you can’t have. I combine nutrition counseling with health coaching techniques.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love working with clients who struggle with their relationship with health and food as I used to. I have been there and now get to pay it forward! I also love creating my own work schedule that allows me to have time off to re-energize, refresh, and center myself and my family.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people’s new “aha” moments as habit changes occur and real progress sets in. I am always growing and learning with my clients, and that is a wonderful gift!
